I bought the recent update — do I have to install on my old computer before moving it to my new computer. All I seem to move is the shortcut.

I agree about the lack of support. I have requested help 3 or 4 times during the nine years I have had the program. He answered my email only once and said "I have no idea what is causing the problem and I can't fix it". I like the program, but be aware that if you purchase it, you are on your own. The only thing I can suggest is that if a problem occurs, erase the program from your hard drive and reinstall it. Sometimes a fresh copy is the solution.

Agree with the previous Guest, a support enquiry is very seldom answered and even after a recent upgrade to version 5 (where technical support was a promise made with the purchase) one of my critical questions still remains unanswered after nearly one month.

But also agree that it is a wonderful database with more than enough features and functions to satisfy all users needs.
